Voice of India is a site specifically designed for the lakhs of young
indians who are toiling away all nights to service the International markets. These individuals are " BPO Employees " or in
chaste language " Call Center Employees ". The Youth of India need to express their voice , concerns, common issues &
interact. This site aims at promoting 100% interactivity amongst Call Center employees, recruiters & is basically a platform
only for registered BPO employees.This site would also act as a platform amongst the industry to share ideas, trainings &
other learnings which are utilized all across India. The basic idea of this site is the empower today's youth with all the
skill sets for him/her to become more aware of the industry metrics, SLA's & the common synonyms used extensively in this
industry. This site would enable new entrants to this industry with basic awareness & as what to face during interviews
